My last week of premium deviancy - time for some thanks while I can still feature!
Logged on yesterday to discover over a thousand messages - for some this might be usual, but not for me... turns out I've had my very first ever Daily Deviation! I consider this a great honour, and a great validation of my work. In photography, I am self-taught, and learn by reading, through trial and error, through practising, and through listening to the thoughtful critique and support of my friends on dA.

New talent feature
Hi all,
Thanks for your ongoing support and for sharing your work. This place is supportive and inspiring... even though I never seem to find enough time to respond to the wonderful comments and favs I receive (and I don't get all that many!!).
Anyway - there's a new talent in dA town! Her name is Dr-Sharon, and she has some wonderful flower shots. Her work on toning is particularly impressive!
